Access to and use of the website https://smartback.net/ (“Website”) and the applications:

  • Gestionale Pasticceria
  • DDT Scanner and Print
  • Crio Control

imply acceptance of these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Website or the Apps.

Prices are stated in euros and include VAT (where applicable).

Advance payment required.
No automatic renewal is provided unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The Apps constitute digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

By completing the purchase and proceeding with download/activation:

  • the user accepts the immediate performance of the service
  • waives the right of withdrawal
